Pastry Chef Jodi Levesque studied Pastry Art & Design at the acclaimed Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Upon graduation she moved to Nantucket Island and has been creating beautiful cakes and pastries there for the past fourteen years. Jodi has been the pastry chef at several of Nantucket's premier restaurants including the Wauwinet Inn, White Elephant, 21 Federal, Fahey & Fromagerie and The Pearl.

Jodi has continued expanding her knowledge of pastry design, keeping pace with an ever changing art. She has studied with world-renowned chocolate and sugar artist Ewald Notter of the International School of Confectionary Arts. In addition, she has studied wedding cake design with England's premier cake decorator Sue McMahon, as well as ecclectic Manhattan cake designer Colette Peters.

Jodi's work has been featured in Elegant Brides (Summer 2004), as well as mentioned in Food & Wine and The Nantucket Restaurants Cookbook.
